Many of us learned to turn OFF our creative and expressive nature in order to conform to expectations defined by our roles, responsibilities, and a culture of big girl panties, bootstraps, stoicism, and all manners of shutting down creativity and play. Many of us shut down to ‘get serious’ about our professions and responsibilities. Just because you haven’t acknowledged it in a while, or ever, doesn’t mean IT isn’t in there. Spirituality

First do no harm. 

This is my mantra when it comes to Spiritual Direction. Without assumptions or layers of doctrine and beliefs that are coming from anywhere outside your deep understanding or sense of knowing, we discover what spirituality means to you. I have been trained as a deep listener. Your journey has everything to do with you, what matters to you, what longings you have, and what hopes to be healed, liberated, and guided from within you. In spiritual direction sessions, we explore the questions, curiosities, and longings and the clues that show up “disguised as your life.”*
